A workshop with the Seed to Saucepan Project
Learn the simple tradition of preserving foods through fermentation, using local, seasonal ingredients.
Learn how to stretch your food budget and try new things!
Bring your own jars. Ingredients supplied, or bring your own produce.
All workshops are free, but we do ask for donations to Ashfield.

Description
Ashfield Community Enterprise is a not for profit project registered as a Community Land Trust which manages a 7.5 acre site in Mid Wales for community benefit using organic principles.
The site comprises five polytunnels, two greenhouses, a Training Suite, several workshops and a six bedroom house rented out as two affordable housing units.
The entrance to Ashfield is opposite the Howey Garden Centre on the A483 south of Llandrindod.
